Fotis Vasilakis

Fotis Vasilakis is a registered architect in Greece with professional experience in Spain and Greece.  He holds a Masters degree in Architecture from the IAAC Institute in Barcelona (2007) and got his diploma in Architecture with honors from the Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki (2005). Fotis has been practicing architecture since 2005. He gained his experience close to “Vicente Guallart Office”, “ON-A arquitectura” and “F451 arquitectura” in Barcelona and “Makridis Associates” in Thessaloniki and through personal work in collaboration with Theodora Christoforidou. Fotis has also won several prizes and distinctions in architectural competitions, in collaboration with various design teams and practices. Among them are the “Rethink Athens” – international competition for the creation of a new city center in Athens (2nd prize, in collaboration with Kiki Ilousi, Oihana Iturritxa Kerexeta, Dimitris Gourdoukis, Theodora Christoforidou, Katerina Tryfonidou, Foni Natou, 2013). He is an expert in 3d design and parametric software. He also has extensive experience in construction as a result of the many projects that he has supervised.
